IDOS Consultants LLP was established in the year 2016 by Mr.Shailesh Oak-MD and CEO of the Firm. It was initiated based on the idea of providing all Industrial Engineering and Lean Manufacturing solutions to Manufacturing Industries.

Mr. Shailesh oak has completed Bachelor of Production Engineering from VJTI, Mumbai and MBA in Operations from Welingkars Institute.

Professional Production Engineer with Operational Management background having 26 years of Industry experience with Siemens Ltd and other reputed Organizations, trained in Lean Manufacturing from Japan, holding Six Sigma Black Belt and IIM-ISB training background.

Mr. Amar Marathe - Amar is an experienced professional having experience of more than 27years in corporate world, mainly with Tata Steel, Voltas and other reputed organizations like Blue Star. He has a rich experience in TQM activities like Business Excellence, Operational Excellence, Lean Manufacturing, Innovation management, Knowledge management, among other things. He has a sound experience of conducting training programs, both in-house as well as external ones and the audience will surely have a good time, both during and after attending the program.

Mrs Bandini Bhagat has completed Diploma in Computers, PGDBM-Production and Materials Management and Duel MBA-Operations and HRM from SIMMIC, Pune University.

She is having 19+ years of experience in various Operation’s functions - Production, Training-Learning Centre, TPS implementation and QOC-Top Management reporting for horizontal deployment of various Lean concepts.

Mrs Divyanka Ingle has completed Bachelor of Technology in Production Engineering, Masters of Technology in Industrial Engineering, VIT Pune and PhD in nanotechnology from VJTI, Mumbai. She is having 10+ years of experience on various Lean implementation projects.

With core expertise in Production Planning & control, Supply Chain Management, Work Study, Project Management and Industry Internet of Things having successfully executed real time projects.
